AeroWars Series RULES

THIS SERIES WILL USE THE RTR NR2003 RULES

RaceLM Arena is mandatory for all drivers

YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO RACE IN THIS SERIES
If your age is Questioned you must show proof you are 18+

YOU MUST RACE AT LEAST 10 RACES AT RTR,  EXCEL RACING, 3UNIT or Nascom  IN THE PAST 60 DAYS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RACE IN THIS SERIES. 

ALL NEW ENTRY'S MUST BE APPROVED BY THE SERIES ADMINS.
(DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED)

ALL DRIVERS MUST USE AERO88 SKINS APPROVED BY Terry Bauman.

DRIVER ARE ONLY ALLOWED 1 SKIN PER SEASON.

ALL SKINS MUST BE PAINTED ON THE OFFICIAL AEROWARS TEMPLATES.

NO WEBSITES ,BUSINESS OR TEAM NAME IS ALLOW AS SPONSORS ON ANY CAR UNLESS IT IS AN AEROWARS OFFICIAL SPONSOR.

NO DUPLICATE CAR NUMBERS OR SPONSORS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS SERIES.

ALL DRIVER MUST USE THERE REAL NAME IN THIS SERIES.
Player Info: Drivers will use their real name and place their full name in the last name field within the game.
Leave the first name field blank.
Your Sierra login name must match your Player Info name or you will not be scored.

PROVISIONAL POINTS WILL BE 100 OR 10PTS LOWER THAN THE TOTAL ENTRY'S IN THIS SERIES.

INCIDENT RULE
EACH DRIVER IS ALLOWED 6 INCIDENTS FOR THE ENTIRE SERIES.
ANY INCIDENTS OVER 6 WILL BE A 25PT PENALTY.
Internet and PC/Game crashes will not not count as 1 of the 6 Incidents

***Substitute Drivers***

Subs will be allowed for up to 3 races. 
Subs must have raced in at least 3 RTR races in the past 30 days to be eligible to sub.
All subs must be approved by the AeroWars Admins.
Driver or sub must post in the forum or notify a series admin ASAP.
Subs must drive in your car but will use there own name.
No subs will be allowed in the last week of the season.
Subs can NOT Qualify.

***Qualifying***

The top 2 in points and last weeks winner may NOT qualify. 
All other drivers Except substitute drivers must make a Qualifying attempt.
Any driver not following this rule will start the race with a black flag.
If black flagged you will not be eligible for a lucky dog until the 3rd Yellow flag.

These events are for AeroWars Series Members ONLY.

All drivers must use there real name in the server and in Team Speak.

All drivers must use Aero88 skins approved Dan Yeager.

Painting Instructions/Guidelines

1. All paint schemes must be approved by and/or sent to Terry Bauman to be approved.

2. All skin Requests must be submitted here.

3. All paint schemes must be old school, look like it was raced in the 70's or 80's.
You may use modern sponsors but the car must look like it was from the 80's

4. All cars MUST be painted on the Official AeroWars Templates posted below.

5. You can NOT move, delete or alter any of the AeroWars contingency's.

6. You can NOT have any business, web site or race team name on your car unless it is an official sponsor of the AeroWars series.

7. All new drivers to this series must use Rookie Stripes the 1st season, NO Exceptions.
If you raced a full season in the Dash4Cash series you are exempt from this rule.

8. You may paint your own car but you must follow all these Guidelines.

9. All .car files must be named AeroWars_car#     (Example: AeroWars_32.cts.car)

10. You may only use 1 paint scheme per season.
