Races will be 100 laps or as close to 100 laps as track allows or at the discretion of the Series owner (Superspeedway or Road Courses). We will run the Expert set up unless that option is not available. It will be 3 times tire and fuel wear, Moderate Damage, fixed weather and Double file restarts. There are no provisional points awarded.

Due to various track sizes and allowable drivers, driver race entry will be determined by the current year's overall point's standings. Those highest in points have priority until field size is met. If there are entries available after the above requirement has been met other drivers may enter the race.

1. Server will be up by 8:00 to 8:30 PM EST the night of the race for 30 or more minutes of practice.

2. Driver's Meeting will be held at 9:00 PM EST. Information will be provided as to driver status, driver qualifying and any other pertinent information.

3. Upon completion of the driver's meeting, Drivers not eligible to qualify for the evenings event will be determined by the roll of the dice 1-12 prior to qualifying. That number will identify from the previous weeks race finish who will not qualify. All other drivers must qualify regardless of time they wish to record. Some races the above procedure will not be in affect and driver's will be notified of such during the Driver's Meeting.

4. There will be a 5 min Happy Hour (see Code of Conduct under Holdem Motorsports Nascar rules) After Happy Hour and you are not on the grid for the race, it will start without you and you can join the race in progress.

5. Green flag starts the race. Leader must maintain the pace speed until the green flag has been displayed. There will be no restarts unless it is due to a server issue. The series Owner/Admin retains the right to restart one time based on the situation that took place.

6. When caution flag comes out, do not pass, maintain your position. Leader will announce they have accepted the yellow at the line and make all drivers aware of where the pace car is at. It is the leaders responsibility to be aware of where the pace car is at. There will be no racing back until 10 laps to go. And do so at that time cautiously as to not cause further problems.

7. Under caution, the talk on Teamspeak will be kept to a minimum so other drivers can hear their spotter. Drivers will stagger meaning all odd number positions will line up to the left of the pace car and even number positions to the right. Drivers pay attention so as to not bang, hit or cause problems for the car in front of them. All lapped cars not between the pace car and the leader must do a drive through down pit road to allow lead lap cars to be in front of them on the restart prior to the pace car lights going out.

8. If you are a driver who caused the caution, notify the Series Owner/Admin as such and then get an EOLL penalty to fall to the rear of the field. Getting the penalty requires the driver to slightly exceed the pit road speed. If drivers are not sure who caused then one driver notify Series Owner/Admin of involvement and the incident will be reviewed post race to assign the causer. There will be no fighting or arguing about it at that time. If multiple drivers are involved, it is highly recommended that all drivers get an EOLL. If a driver is found causing a caution, does not get an EOLL penalty during the race, they will be dealt a post race 1 lap penalty for each infraction.

9. This is a lucky dog series and the driver eligible will be notified. After pitting, lucky dog will proceed on the low side of the pace field as quickly and cautiously as possible up to the pace car and when the lights go out on the pace car proceed to the rear of the field and your black flag will be cleared.

10. This series will use the wave around for cars positioned on the track between the pace car and the leader. It is up to the leader and said drivers to identify themselves prior to the restarts. The wave around drivers cannot pit during that caution period and will follow behind the Lucky Dog for the restart.

11. Black flags will not be cleared under any circumstance other than the lucky dog or wave around. If you get one you must serve it.

12. On the one to go lap, field will double file. Old number positions inside, Even number positions outside. Green Flag controls the restarts and the leader must maintain pace speed until the green flag is displayed. Double file restarts all race long. If a driver gets black flag on restart, do not panic, just call out your number, flag will be cleared. However, it is each drivers responsibility to know the car scored in front of them and it is the drivers responsibility not to get to the start finish line before the cars in front of them. If it is found a driver is abusing having black flags cleared during the post race review, the offending driver will be penalized 1 lap for each offence post race.

13. Three caused cautions and you park it. Drivers causing cautions will lose a point in their race points for each caused caution. In the case of a disputed caused caution, a driver who is found to have caused a third caution after review will have their lap scoring for the race stopped at the point of the third caution and finishing order will be adjusted. Drivers not causing a caution during the race will be awarded a bonus point.

14. If a driver has been notified of a warping, blinking out or other such issue, the offending driver must stay high on the track and fall to the rear of the field until issue clears up and then can resume normal racing. If offending driver causes a caution after being notified of their condtion, they will be asked to park for the night. Final determination at time will be as Series Owner/Admin decides and is final.

15. Upon completion of the race, drivers will head to pit road without incident. Do not interfere with winners celebration.

16. Any driver having a issue that took place during the race and wants that issue looked into, must notify the Series Owner/Admins the night of the race. Drivers bringing up issues after the race has been reviewed and finalized will not have any stand after that.

17. Series owner/committee will review the race as soon as possible and results, etc will be documented on forum and web site. The race will be called official at that point.

18. It is all series driver's responsibility to read and know these rules. There will be no excuses.

Series Owner reserves the right to change or amend the above in the best interest of the series

It has been brought to my attention that the current rules for this series were not posted to this forum. Rule changes for 2014 were posted to the Holdem Motorsports web site prior to the start of the year's racing. The rules as outlined in this thread have been changed and a new rules thread will be created "2014 TNT Rules". Sorry for any confusion that may have been caused.
