Race 9- 3/11/21

Lap 6- An accordion effect causes a wreck. We're calling this a "racin' deal".

Lap 48- #038 gets into #055 during green flag pit stops; #038 served his penalty.

Lap 55- #28 bumps #92 in the middle of turn one, then checks up. The check-up causes a wreck. #28 charged with the incident. He pitted on the first lap but did not pit afterwards so the penalty was not served, so it's a 1 lap penalty and DNQ for the next race.

Lap 66- An accordion effect causes a wreck. We're calling this a "racin' deal".

Race 14- 4/15/21

I apologize for not posting sooner. I was not home Sunday and I had doctor and dentist appointments earlier this week as well as an owner/admin meeting that kept me tied up for 3 hours.

Lap 6- A check-up occurs entering the tri-oval resulting in a wreck. I can't call this anything other than a "racin' deal" as nobody did anything wrong or excessive to cause it. No incidents charged.

Lap 64- #10 bumper-hooks #6 to cause an incident; #10 parked.

There was a lot of discussion about lap 62 and lane bullying. I spent a substantial amount of time reviewing the replay from all angles and cars and I do not see anything that would be considered lane bullying. #17 was in the low line through turn one and then exited turn two in the low/middle lane. He did this without forcing anyone up the track, so by default, this move is not considered lane bullying.

As the cars go down the backstretch, #17 DID move a few feet to the right and make contact with another car, but the other car moved MORE to the left. I determined this by looking at the cars and where they were on the track at the moment of contact, and I compared that to their positions on the track at the exit of turn 2. I've been told there is widespread disagreement with my call or lack thereof. I'm more than happy to meet with ANYONE on TS who has a different opinion, or simply wants a better explanation of what is expected and how calls are made.

With all that said, it was an AMAZING season. Thanks to all the drivers who always make the series fun and keep it at a top level racing series. Congrats to Jeremy and Chuck on their championships, and to all the drivers who scored wins and/or made deep championship runs.

I'm already looking forward to next season. We will be making a final decision on qualifying procedures for next season. The poll is still open for anyone that hasn't yet voted.
