Incident lap 6 RACE #9

Please take a look at my replay, you`ll see I'm trying to be safe by lifting the throttle just before I bump the 11, I don't know why the 11 is lifting throttle that much,
he lost 2mph, did he just take a look in is mirror and saw the low line coming fast and he want to go down with them ? That I don't know.
I just get surprised to see him going slower that much with no reason in a straight line. First I thought he blow the engine.

#84 will protest the Lap 8 Incident. This incident was called on BOTH DRIVERS in the incident review. Clear proximity warp by #75 which prevented #84 from judging #75 accurate location. This was reported to NOT have been seen on any of the admin replays who reviewed the incident.

Protesting second park penalty for Atlanta

I did not show up for the Barebones RTG speedway race as I thought to serve the parked penalty was to not show up so I am asking to have it waved. I do not mind serving the qualify penalty for this week as i do deserve it, but In my opinion adding another race penalty is a little overkill as I planned accordingly to do something else considering the circumstances and would have showed if not given the penalty.

Thanks,

Collin

Colin, you are good to race this week, but will be on a 1 & park and DNQ. Only incidents can be protested, no penalties. If you do so choose to protest an incident, you have 48 hours to do so. But, again, since you were not in last week's event, that is considered penalty served.

Protesting this call.

Lap 3 - #92 goes off track and comes back on course slow in the racing surface causing wreck - Did Not Serve
- 1 lap penalty for failure to serve
- DNQ next race for failure to serve

While I was out of control, I knew I had other cars coming up behind me. So I had slowed down on purpose and was giving them plenty of room to allow them to pass me before coming back up to full speed. The 4 cars that will directly behind me were close to enough to see what was going. The #96 and the #95 had no problems passing me cleanly. However, for whatever reason the #007 decided to continue to just run his line, not making any attempt to pass and ran right in the back of me along with the #38. In my opinion, The #007 should have been found at fault for the incident for failure to pass me cleanly when I was clearly allowing him to do so.
