RTR S41 End of the Season Meeting

Hey guys we are having the RTR Season 41 End of the Season Meeting on Sunday July 30,2017 @ 2pm est. In the RTG TeamSpeak

This meeting is mandatory for all RTR Directors.

All drivers are welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting.

As always this will be a 2 part meeting.

1st part is to set all the RTR series for Season 42.

2nd part will be to discuss any possible rules and format changes for RTR's Season 42.


If there is anything you would like discussed at this meeting please post it here.


Change when/where Lucky Dogs are called. Change to when field catches pace car.

No lap led point for drivers serving incident penalty. Maybe have them pit 1st 2 times by.

Mod: 358 dirt latemodels
Practice: 8pm est.
Qualify: 8:30pm est.


Monday
BareBones Racing
Mod: cws2015
Practice: 8pm est.
Qualify: 8:30pm est.
Follows the truck schedule with added tracks on there off weeks.


Tues.
Speed Freaks Series
Mod: NXS15_cts
Practice: 8pm est.
Qualify: 8:30pm est.
Super Speedway Series
Runs DaytonaTR & TalladegaRTG_V3.


Wed.
Aero88 Series
Mod: Aero88
Practice: 8pm est.
Qualify: 8:30pm est.
Will be an Extra grip Speedway Series with some non grip tracks added this season.


Thurs.
Tally Challenge
Mod: Gen6BR_cts
Practice: 8:00pm est.
Qualify: 8:30pm est.
TalladegaRTG_V3 every week.


Friday
Amish's Survivor Series
Not sure when they will be starting back up.

Looking at adding another series on Friday Nights.

RTR Rules & Format Changes for Season 42


Game Glitches.
RTR will NOT tolerate any use of game glitches.
This is a Blanket WARNING to all drivers that anyone caught trying to exploit any game glitches will be severely punished.


Lucky Dog.
We will now be calling the Lucky Dogs when the field catches the pace car.
The RTG Owners and Admins will review this after week #4 and decide to continue it or not.


No lap led POINT by driver causing an Incident.
If a driver that caused an Incident leads a lap by staying out the Series Director will remove it from the Export.


DNQ's @ Road Courses.
This was discussed and voted Down, still will have NO DNQ's @ Road Courses.


DNQ's last race.
The top 3 will be allowed to Qualify at the season finales.


Smaller .Car Files
It was voted to reduce the .car file size to a max of 4mb.
Brian Schilling is in charge of this, he is putting a committee together to fix and police the size of the .car files.
If you are interested in being on this committee contact Brian.


Dirt Self Spins.
Dirt Drivers 1st solo self spin will not count as an Incident.
UNLESS you make contact with another driver, or cause another driver to get damage while avoiding you.


Lucky Dogs on Dirt.
Lucky Dogs will no longer be required to go around the track at 1 to go.
They will get an EOLL penalty by speeding on pit road and get a Lap+ when it goes green.

If you guys are still looking for a Friday night Series. You could always run another night of Dirt. Especially since the Dirt Series was run on Friday nights before it was switched over to Sunday night. You could either keep it with the Late Models and just run different tracks as to Sunday nights. Or you could follow the Sunday night schedule but with the Dirt Modifieds.
