RTR Season 45 Meeting Minutes
RTR Season 46 will start on Wednesday Jan. 2,2019 and be a 16 week season
The Christmas Race will be Monday Dec. 17,2017.
The New Winston Cup Series will start in February
This will follow the 1998 Winston Cup Schedule with 3 races add to make a 36 race season.
The season will be broke up into 3 segments. (13 races - 13 races - 10 races)
Will have a Points and Chase Champion.

RTR Rules & Format Changes for Season 46
BareBones Racing to use a chase.
Specific details will be known soon.
Road Course Cautions.
We added another option for Race Directors. This gives Directors 3 options for RC Cautions.
If there is a wreck involving 3 or more drivers the Director will verbally throw the YELLOW.
At this point all drivers will hold there position and continue to the pits at race speed.
You are NOT to pass any driver for position or put any driver a lap down.
Pitting will be the drivers option.
Once the leader leaves pit road or passes pit road exit they are to slow to a predetermined speed until the field is caught up (Speed Suggestion 45-55).
Once the field is caught up the Race Director may speed the field up.
This will be a Single file Restart.
When the Leader gets to the Start/Finish line the race is GREEN again.
Driver not Qualifying that are supposed to.
This was discussed and decided this would be monitored by the race directors.
If there is no legitimate reason your not qualifying the Race Director may talk to you about this and then inform you that you will be required to a green flag drive through the next time you don't qualify.
5 Incident Limit Rule.
This was discussed and then voted to remove this rule.
Rules voted down/removed.
If a rule is voted down/removed it can NOT be voted on again for 1 year(3 seasons).
Replay for Protests.
It was discussed in length on why we need your replay for protests.
Replay Committee.
We explained the inner workings of the Replay Committee.
Co-Champions.
A very short discussion was stopped.
It was decided by this leagues founders that there would NEVER be a tie breaker for Co-Champions.
It shouldn't matter how you got them points...you both got them.
Talladega Challenge Chase format change.
The Chase will be split into 2 segments.

We discussed mod physics, tracks and some other things I can't remember.
