This meeting is mandatory for all RTR Directors/Admins.

All drivers are welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting.

As always this will be a 2 part meeting.

1st part is to set all the RTG series for Season 36.

2nd part will be to discuss any possible rules and format changes for RTR's Season 36.
These rule changes are ONLY for RTR as MSR & TNT Owners set there own rules. So make sure to check there rules to see if they adopt any new RTR rules.

If there is anything you would like discussed at this meeting please post it here.

Move drop race back to Race#13.

Reset Server before drivers meeting.

Revise Racing deal rule.

Maximum Incidents per season before being put on a 1 and park the rest of the season.

Change Challenger 2 and park to the same as RTR rules.

SteeveMelson wrote: August 1st, 2015, 6:53 pm Do a server reset prior to drivers meetings. Any driver who manually disconnects after the server reset will not be allowed to race. Not sure on what methods other then the cheat detection you have for stopping any cheating from happening. But from what I've been told is that it is still possible to cheat even with cheat detection enabled in the server. There are people in other leagues who have been caught before. If you make sure people do not manually disconnect, then they cannot jump out of the game and do whatever possible cheats there may be out there.

BE READY TO RACE WITHOUT PC ISSUES..5 MIN CLOCK...NO NEED TO KEEP 30+ DRIVERS WHO HAVE LIVES BEYOND RACING FOR 1 OR MORE DRIVERS WHO ALWAYS SEEMS TO HAVE ISSUES.....
IF YOU CAUSE A CAUTION BEFORE 1 LAP IS COMPLETED U MOVE TO THE BACK AT START..IF THAT CAUTION IS AFTER THE START YOU SERVE A DRIVE THRU PENALTY ONCE IT GOES GREEN

Although Season 33 was the last season for that series. I would say that would be fair. They earned a right as much as any other Season 33 winners/champions in other RTR series'.

RTR Rules & Format Changes for Season 36

Just a reminder that these rule/format changes are for RTR..read the MSR & TNT rules to see if they adopt any of these changes.

Drop race.
Do to a glitch we found in RPM we are moving the drop race to race #13 in S36.

Reset Server.
We discussed the pro's and con's of resetting the server before the drivers meeting.
We voted to NOT reset the sever.

Racing Deals.
We will be revising the racing deal rule, NO penalty will assessed to any driver in a racing deal. But remember a wreck is only called a racing deal in the post race replay review so just because a driver(s) call it a racing deal in a race doesn't make it a racing deal.

Maximum Incident per Season.
If you get 6 incidents in any RTR series you will be on a 1 and park the rest of the season in that series. The 6 Incidents is for each series and is NOT combined for all RTR series.

New Challenger Series 2 and Park rule.
The Challenger Series will now use the same 2 and park rule as the RTR NR2003 rules. Meaning if a Challenger Series Driver gets a 2 and park they will now be on a 1 and park the next race.

Clutching.
We discussed the use of clutching in NON fuel saving situations.
Was decided this is not a game glitch.

Incident Penalty Point.
In exact opposite vote to last season we will NO longer give a bonus point for an incident free race and now take a point away for causing an Incident.

Drivers Meetings.
Discussed ways to shorten drivers meeting and get races going quicker.
After a lengthy discussion it was decided the admins are doing an great job and are doing all they can to get the racing going ASAP.

Incidents causing a restart.
Discussed this and decided that the current rule is fine. Driver causing a restarts starts the race with an incident and is on a 1 and park that race.

RTR Allstar Race.
When we made the roster for the RTR Allstar race the Modified Mayhem stats were not available to us. But after checking Champions pics we added the S33 Modified Mayhem Champ to the RTR Allstar Roster (Dave Melson).

Thank You to all the drivers that showed up to this meeting.
