Proposed Format Changes for Season 60

Hey, Jeremy! Here are the changes I proposed in the season ending meeting thread. Taking Bones' direction and just going to make a post in each series. I figure if anybody else wants to add their proposals for each series director's review, this would be a good place to do it.

I proprose re-instituting the "limited tire rule (3 sets plus what you start the race on)" for the Aero Series. Especially with us now running 3x. It makes the strategy part of it more fun, plus I think it will cut down on restart cautions because everybody won't be so on top of each other because they won't all be Superman on fresh tires anymore on every restart.

Including the caveat that you can only change tires 3 times, whether it be 2 or 4.

I'm proposing one of two things, either we qualify and have the top 3 finishers from the last week as DNQ's, or we institute lotto qualifying.
