TallyChallenge adding a second race....

Just an FYI- the TallyChallenge series is going to start offering a "B Main" second race if 12 or more drivers miss the main race. This race will run on the TNT server (thanks to Fred Hill​ for letting us use it) and will run at the same time as the main race that night.

The race length is still being discussed, but it will be a 2x pit, moderate damage race w/ yellows turned on. ALSO, the top 2 finishers from that race will be locked into the main race the following week. We have not updated the Rules page yet, but will do so shortly.

Coming from a dude who tends to be more of a spelunker in the Tally Challenge series and is AWFUL when it comes to qualifying, I think this is a great idea and move guys. Gotta commend you on it.
