The NASCAR Flagman has filed a complaint with the sanctioning body citing an Unsafe Work Environment!!
He has also submitted an emergency equipment purchase request for;
1. A REINFORCED CAGE to be installed around the flag stand, and
2. NEW UNDERWEAR!!
