This has been a glitch in the game that is well known for awhile. The stripe on the track is simply painted. The track INI can be in a different place. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the track creators to get this right. In the case of the TR tracks, that is one of the bigger negatives with them. If you look at your photo, you will see my car at the extreme left and even I was told I had taken the yellow. Everyone from the #39 and back had their finishing positions determined by the way they crossed the S/F line. It sucks, but it's 12 year old game that has it's short comings. Trust me, I felt like I had a chance to win until my spotter told me I took the yellow flag.
