I would like to protest my lap 35 incident. I held the middle lane and the #5 came down across my nose.

Re: Season 59 - TallyChallenge Series Incident Reports
Race 12- 7/20/23
Lap 14- A check-up leads to an accordion-effect wreck. This was viewed as a "racing deal" so no incident is charged.
Lap 36- Cars go 4-wide while pitting and there is a wreck entering pit road. Nobody was hot pitting and the stack-up was due to the number of cars coming in at the same time. Again, this is being considered a "racing deal" and no incident is charged.
Lap 51- #24 bumper-hooks #088 which causes a wreck. #088 was not allowed to partake in the call of this incident so Dave Canon reviewed as well. Incident is charged to #24; he did not serve so he is docked a lap and a DNQ for the next race. This incident was protested but the Replay Committee upheld the original call.
Lap 66- #77 moves down and bumper-hooks #1. While there was some aggressive driving ahead and caused #77 to move up the track, the admins felt those did not cause the wreck and that it was the move back down the track and bumper-hooking #1 while trying to fall back in line. #77 is scored EOLL and is a 1-and-park for the next race.[/color]
