Re: RTR Season 60 End of the Season Meeting
The ability to do a "Virtual Safety Car" type of caution on tracks other than Road Courses.
On Tuesday, they throw cautions for incidents involving 2 or more drivers that don't bring out the caution.
Instead of wasting 2+ laps of green flag racing, do like we do on RC tracks by typing "CAUTION!!! CAUTION!!! CAUTION!!!" and announcing caution over Teamspeak.
At that point, the leaders slow to 35 mph and allow the field to catch up.
No one is allowed to pit and the field goes back "GREEN" at the start/finish line once the field catches up.
Game thrown YELLOW FLAGS would still be turned on!
This could also be used for other applications in the future, such as race stage breaks

Re: RTR Season 60 End of the Season Meeting
This is a format change, but I'd like for it to be discussed. The series' that run a "Chase" (Monday/Thursday) have cut races that determine the top 8 in round 2 and top 4 in round 3. I think the top 8 in round 2 and top 4 in round 3 should be automatically locked in. If someone outside the top 8 in round 1 and outside the top 4 in round 2 earn a win, they should be added to the next round like we do for the regular season. We don't just lock in the top 12 after the regular season ends. We lock in the top 12 PLUS anyone inside the top 20 that earns a win.
Round 1 - Anyone inside the top 8 AND anyone locked into the chase outside the top 8 with a win is locked into the 2nd round
Round 2 - Anyone inside the top 4 AND anyone locked into the top 8 with a win advances to final race/round
A win still locks you in to the next round, but it doesn't knock anyone out of the top 8 in round 1 and top 4 in round 2.

Re: RTR Season 60 End of the Season Meeting
Create a protest section in the forum for ALL challenges to be submitted.
One of the my biggest "pet peeves" is when someone replies in the incident report with a protest. I am suggesting that there is a separate section in the forum dedicated to protests. All individuals that want to submit a protest, must log into the forum and request the protest in the appropriate section of the forum. They can still send their replay to the admin e-mail or staff member in charge of the series if they choose, but their desire to protest must be submitted on the forum so that:
1. Everyone is aware a protest was made
2. They can provide a brief discirption of why they feel the need to protest
3. The replay review committee ruling is clearly communicated
Furthermore, the replay review committee has the option to reference this section of the forum when making their call. However, it's not a requirement for them to do so. The committee is meant to be an impartial 3rd party that reviews the replay and makes a call based on what the driver submitted replay shows...not what the driver submitting the replay thinks.

Re: RTR Season 60 End of the Season Meeting
In regards to incidents and penalties.
On 5th incident of season, I would like to change that to a two race suspension. Also when you return from suspension, you are on a one and done for season. Within a 15 race season, if you are charged with an incident in 5 races that means you were charged an incident in 33% of races for season. I realize you can have multiple incidents in one race. That was just example.
Having one guy having 5 incidents in a 15 race season is too much. Think of all the cars and possible seasons ruined by 5 incidents. That is entirely too much.
This is definetly one if not THE premier league with outstanding drivers. With our caliber of drivers, there is no reason for one driver to have 5 (reviewed and ruled) incidents. i actually think 4 is too much.

Format Change Proposals:
I know Bones is going to say take it to the series directors, BUT, I like posting them here to bring up for discussion among the drivers and directors, as I know Josh, Rodney, and Jeremy are all pretty open to this stuff...lol.
All I'm proposing right now are mod changes:
Monday-BareBones: Cup90 (Cup physics)
Tuesday-SpeedFreaks: CWS 2015 (CTS physics)
Wednesday-Grand National: BGN98 (GNS physics)
Thursday-Talladega Challenge: Aero88 (CTS physics)
A proposal to Josh, Wylye, & Tim for Thursdays is adding a third track to the rotation...RTR Superspeedway. Also, just curious, do we know yet if season 61's Talladega Challenge will be televised by FRN again?

Re: RTR Season 60 End of the Season Meeting
A league wide rule proposal:
We've had this happen multiple times in the last two or three seasons, including tonight.
During the green flag, when guys retire in their pit box when the jack is raised, it brings out a "debris caution" on the track.
I propose that if you do this, you're on an automatic 1 & park the next week.
If guys want to retire, they should do either wait until service is complete and the jack drops, OR pull into an empty pit box and retire.
Tonight, it ruined a long green flag run for literally no reason in the Tally Challenge.

Re: RTR Season 60 End of the Season Meeting
I would like to see a newer Mod for the Tally Challenge. Maybe the Xfinity NXS15 or stay with trucks and use the CWS15 truck Mod. Both have excellent graphics, good looking paint jobs and they both would look great on the TV broadcast races.

1) If you think there should be a penalty for the unacceptable behavior of retiring from your own pit stall with the wheel off therefore triggering a caution verifiable by both the race replay and the export, set yourself away now
4) If you would like this to be an incident charged, set yourself away now
3) If you would like this to be a one and park, set yourself away now.
2) If you would like this to be both an incident charged AND a one and park, set yourself away now.
