Lap 12 #89 gives a bad bump to #46 and sends him into the grass and eventually back onto the track to cause an incident. #89 served his penalty.

Lap 15 #103 loses control of his car on the restart and slides up into #112; penalty served.

Lap 15 #34 charged for incident when he was 3-wide at the restart. While there was a check-up ahead of him, it was not a major check-up or blown gear. The check-up on the inside lane likely would not have caused an incident if they had not been 3-wide. #34 served his penalty.

Lap 15 #102 is charged an incident for bumping & spinning #4. I could NOT call this a "racin' deal" or simply bad luck as #102 was still accelerating up to the point of contact, despite the yellow flag being out.

Lap 15 #20 is charged an incident and a Reckless driving warning for wrecking into the back of #25. #20 served his penalty.

Lap 36 #115 bumps and spins #96 entering the pits; penalty was not served and he is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 36 #75 bumps and spins #129 entering the pits; penalty served.

Lap 36 There is no penalty for #44 getting into #128 on pit road as #44 was in the far right-hand lane when contact was made.

Lap 57 #428 bumps #095 in the tri-oval. While #428 is charged w/ the incident, he is NOT charged w/ Reckless driving due to bumping in the turns/tri-oval as the contact would not have happened without a check-up from #095. #428 served his penalty.

Lap 66 #110 and #43 are charged for incidents and docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 66 This was a close one to call and took several replays before making a conclusion. #112 gets into #4 just as they are exiting the tri-oval. The bump knocks #4 loose and he scrubs off a few mph while gathering it back up. As that happens, #112 makes contact a second time w/ #4. The replay shows #112 slows a couple mph in the middle of the tri-oval to try to save the contact until they were point driving straight to the checkers. Because of the attempt by #112 to save the contact for the exit of the tri-oval and because the wreck that occurred did not change any finishing positions, I am forced to leave this as a "racin' deal" coming to the checkers.

Lap 16 #96's car jumps out of 4th gear and into neutral, leaving #16 nowhere to go. Incident charged to #96; penalty served.

Lap 24 #65 slides up into #77. #65 was on a 1-and-park, but I somehow screwed up the prior week's incident report and did not have him listed, so he will NOT be penalized for continuing in the race. However, to attempt to make up for my mistake, #65 must run an incident-free race next week to avoid being parked in the season finale.

Lap 46 #25 gets into #110 while entering the pits; penalty served. ALSO on this lap while pitting, #4 loses control while pitting and gets into #20. I initially missed this incident, but #4 came to me and "turned himself in" and claimed it. I greatly appreciate Brian bringing this to my attention, and he served his penalty.

Lap 60 #095 bumps and spins #128; #095 did not serve his penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 62 #7 is charged an incident and given a reckless driving warning for causing a wreck under caution.

Lap 66 #48 and #17 get together just before the S/F line. No finishing positions were altered by this incident, so there is no penalty will be given, BUT please remember it WOULD be a penalty if any of the finishing order was altered as a result of the wreck. Nobody wants to lose 25 positions for a wreck 50 feet from the end.

Penalties: #16 is issued a warning for over-aggressive driving due to late/risky blocking. This is only a warning.

Lap 2 #38 gets into #18 (race was restarted).

Lap 12 #86 gets into #110; penalty served.

Lap 38 #17 turns into turn one and clips himself off the nose of #6. #6 was well within the middle lane region and did not slide up or make a late entry; either of which would have made the incident on him. Since neither of these happened, incident is on #17; penalty served.

Lap 44 #77 looks to go 3-wide and momentarily loses control of his car. The cars behind immediately begin to check up and #33 is spun in the process. While #77 did not correctly serve the penalty by getting 4 tires, he DID get an EOLL penalty on the second caution lap, so I WILL consider this penalty served.

Lap 64 #10 and #103 get together exiting turn two. I am calling this on both drivers. #10 drifted up to the dashed lane but #103 had his left side tires on that line. The inside line's portion of the track is up to the dashed line and if another drive is riding on or below those lines, they are taking up part of the inside lane's territory. Both cars will be docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 64 #65 bumps and spins #89 exiting turn four; #65 retired.

Lap 64 #71 is charged w/ secondary contact and docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Penalties: #65 parked next week.

Lap 17 #71 bumps and spins #60 while entering pit road, but #60 had slowed much faster and much earlier than could have been predicted. I am calling this a "racin' deal." #95 also loses control and collects #088. This WAS a chargeable incident; penalty was served. This WAS a chargeable incident; penalty was served.

Lap 18 #428 starts to slow to pit but is still at the exit of turn 4 and on the racing surface; #18 bumps him and slides up into other cars, bringing out the yellow. #428 is charged w/ the incident as he was still on the racing surface when he began to slow. He did not serve his penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 32 #71 slides up and bumps #39 on the exit of turn 4 and the check-up behind them causes an incident; #71 parked. #71 is charged with reckless and overaggressive driving due to the fact he was a lap down racing the lead lap.

Lap 42 #19 gives a bad bump-draft to #20 to cause an incident; #19 parked.

Lap 55 #43 bumps #712 after #712 got too close to the car ahead and checked out of the gas. I can't blame #43 for this wreck and am calling this a "racin' deal." This was a case of cars riding TOO close to each other in the corner. We need to give a little more room in the turns so we have a chance to avoid a wreck if a minor checkup occurs.

Lap 63 #43 bumps and spins #210; penalty was not served and #43 is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Penalties: #71 is charged with Reckless driving for clipping the apron multiple times which eventually led to an incident. ALSO, #112 is charged with Unsportsmanlike driving for lifting off the throttle to slow down cars behind him in order to assist a teammate (in a different lane) to get into the lead. Since these are first offenses, these are only warnings this time.
