Qualifying Rules
The Front Row will be locked in

We will have an additional 9 guaranteed starters that are willing to pay $40, the first 9 to pay $40 will be locked in. So that's 12 guarteed starters. If noone chooses to pay $40 then there will only be 3 guarnteed starters.
If needed qualifying races will be held Friday Oct 25th and Saturday Oct. 26th
Only 1 qualifying time per driver is permitted
Server is open for qualifying Wednesday Oct.23rd and Thursday Oct. 24th all day, Server closes at 12:00 midnight.

I stand corrected, There will be 1 past winners provisional. The past winner must make an attempt to qualify and if he fails to do so he will get the provisional position. There is only 1 past winners provisional and will go to the most recent winner of the race.
Green flag starts the race and every restart.
If you cause a caution speed down pit road 2nd time by and get EOLL.
No jumping restart or laying back to get a run if caught you WILL get a Black Flag.
Lucky dog will be in effect. Will explain in drivers meeting.
No passing below yellow line PERIOD.
