Lap 7 #67 bumps #72 and they wreck. Incident is charged to #67, but #72 is issued a warning to work on wheel settings to keep his car more under control and in a straight line. #67 was lined up to bump but #72 moved to the left, and when he moved back right, the bumper hook occurred.

Lap 29 #72 gets into #087 while pitting and spins him. #72 did not serve his penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 30 #428 and #17 get into #22 while entering the pits. Neither driver served a penalty and are docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 48 #99 gets into #712 while entering the pits; #99 served his penalty.

Lap 57 #003 is pushed into #24. #18 starts to move up into the same lane, but it has no effect on the wreck since #24 never had to slow for #18's move. Incident charged to #5 and #115 for pushing #003 into the back of #24. #5 retired; #115 did not serve his penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 66 #90 into the back of #87; #90 is scored EOLL.

Lap 41 #45 gives a bad bump to #15; #45 served his penalty.

Lap 54 #335 (aka #143) suffers some mechanical issue where his car jumps into neutral and then back in gear. This caused a check-up and wreck from behind. Per the rules, any incident caused by a mechanical problem will NOT count towards a 2-and-park it, but you ARE required to serve a penalty. No penalty was served so #335 is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 60 #712 moves down and gets clipped by #80. Incident on #712 who served his penalty.

Lap 66 #8 tries to go under #4, but has #17 just barely to the inside of him. #17 makes contact w/ the apron trying to avoid contract w/ #8. Seeing this and #17 move up a bit, #8 moves up as well and clips #4. This was pure hard racing, but I have to put the incident on #8 as #4 was not crowding and #17 made a clean move to get underneath #8. Scoring will be EOLL.

Lap 15 #102 gets into the back of #90; #102 served his penalty.

Lap 34 #5 gets into the back of #71; #5 served his penalty.

Lap 43 #26 swerves up the track to miss a check-up and gets into #33. The check-up was almost 10 mph, so I cannot blame #26 for failure to slow in time.

Lap 66 #14 hooks #8. While both cars were moving low, #14 never had a bumper to the inside of #8, so this incident goes on #14 who is scored EOLL. There was also contact between #33 and #45, but #33 had slowed under 160 mph and was on the apron he made contact with #45. I do not consider this racing through a wreck so no incident is charged there.

Penalties/warnings: #428 is charged with excessive blocking. Per the rules, the first offense is only a warning. Should it happen again, the next occurrence is to be scored last in the final standings.

It's doubtful I will be here next week, but I want to address a few things before the next race:

1) If you are in the middle of the pack, lay off on the aggressive bumping and riding the rear bumper of the car ahead of you the entire time. Assume a checkup or wreck might occur. Riding the bumper of the guy in 25th place all the way around the track just means you will run that guy over the second he has to crack the throttle. That far back, you are not helping that line move forward anyway.

2) If you are in the middle of the pack, do not let off the gas to jump into another lane. If you step out of line and nobody goes with you, don't force your way back into line while you pray the 15 guys behind you don't wreck because of your bad decision. You are causing a HUGE check-up and usually a wreck behind you. This is just common sense. And if you DO check up, USE TEAMSPEAK TO WARN PEOPLE BEHIND YOU.

3)Regarding lane changes, lane bullying, etc: on starts and restarts, it has long been assumed the cars on the inside lane are in the "low" lane, and the cars on the outside are in the "middle" lane. The "outside" lane is never really occupied on starts and restarts. If a third lane gets going after a restart, it's almost always up near the wall, not down at the very bottom. That is not a rule; it is simply how drivers actually drive on starts and restarts.
- The only lane a driver is entitled to is the lane he is currently in. If the car ahead of you (or behind you) switches lanes, you are NOT entitled to do the same if someone alongside of you is already in that lane.
- If you are running in the low or high line but somebody goes underneath or outside of you because there is enough room, they have a right to that spot on the track. If someone gets underneath you cleanly, they are now the low line and you've just been moved to the middle line, whether you like it or not. Don't try to push them out of that line or accuse them of over-aggressive driving.
- If the outside lane decides moves a lane higher, cars in the inside lane can then go ahead and move up and claim that middle lane. If they move out of the lane only because another car is drifting up and pushing them out of that lane, that is called lane bullying or rooting drivers out of their lane.

4) Regarding blocking: We've seen some incredibly aggressive blocking at the end of some races. Drivers have had to choose between lifting or getting caught up in a wreck. If you make a block and the other driver already has a bumper underneath you, we will charge you with Reckless driving since you are not actually blocking, but are running the other driver off the track or into the wall. You can block as long as you are ahead of the other driver, but if they already have a nose underneath you, it's too late to block.

5) Wrecks at the end of races: I've said it many times before that each driver's top goal each night should be to finish the race without causing a wreck. The second goal should be to have FUN (this is a game after all). After that, the next goal should be to get the best finish you can get. This is a very competitive series, but what makes it fun to race in is how hard we can race without turning it into a demo derby. There is nothing more demoralizing than setting yourself up for a good finish each week and then get taken out, week after week, by a giant wreck that ends the race.
There comes a point in the race where you have to accept that you aren't winning and are fighting for a top 10, top 20, or a top 25. Winning races and championships should NEVER be more important than clean racing and green flag finishes.

Lap 14 A check up causes an accordion affect. The #088 gets into the #90. Incident charged on the #088 who correctly served his penalty.

Lap 27 #710 comes up and gets into the #115; #710 served his penalty.

Lap 45 #17 blows his motor. No incident charged.

Lap 59 #08 comes downon the #69. Incident charged on the #08 who correctly served his penalty.

Lap 63 There's contact between the #77, #428, #80, and the #4 causing the wreck. After discussing this incident with owners and admins, this has been declared a "racin' deal". The #428 is awarded the win.

Penalties/warnings: The #77 is issued a warning for a Teamspeak out burst. Per the rules, the #77 is put on probation until June 24th.

Amendment to this report; #2 -ILLEGALLY Passed #43 & #29 below the yellow line "completely" off the racing surface - Scored -1L

Lap 38 #32 spins coming into the pits and collects #29 and #428. #32 did not serve his penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

There was also an issue where a driver was hit entering the pits. The driver managed to save his car but the bump he received resulted in him missing the pits, getting in the grass, and received a 30 second penalty. In the future, I would ask any driver who is victim to this to please make an announcement on TeamSpeak that you received a 30 second penalty because another driver hit you, so they can be aware that they need to serve a penalty as well. I don't know if it was mentioned or not, but if someone receives a timed penalty because of another driver, we want to make sure the other driver serves a penalty.

Besides this issues, congrats to all on a caution free race!

Lap 14 #14 moves down to the low lane and causes a check up. This is a "racin' deal" There's also a driver who slowed down very late going into this incident. It's up to the drivers to be aware of their surroundings especially with their graphics and such.

Lap 36 The #80 comes in hot on the outside with nowhere to go once he's close to the pit lane. Once he gets there, he spins causing other drivers to slow. Incident charged on the #80. The #69 comes in hot on the low side and hits the inside pit wall and bounces back towards the track collecting other cars. The #69 is charged with the incident and correctly served his penalty. The #29 served his black flag correctlyfor his incident as well.

Lap 65 The #6 gets into the #71 in the trioval causing the #71 to spin out. Incident charged on the #6 who retired. That's considered penalty served.
While racing back under the yellow, the #96 comes down on the #69. Since this was the last lap, the #96 is scored a lap down. The #71 was racing back to the checkers when he clipped the #96 and the #7. Seeing how both of the drivers had finished the race, there will be no incident charged. However, drivers need to pay more attention to their surroundings.

Lap 7 #710 starts a chain reaction when he bumps the #102 into the #6 who hits the #18. Incident charged to the #710 for bumping in the turns/tri-oval. The penalty wasn't served and is initially docked -1 lap in the standings.

Lap 29 The #710 hits the #96 going into pit road causing an incident. The #710 did make a penalty stop, but this is his 2nd incident and his scoring stopped on this lap.

Lap 42 The #71 blows his motor. No incident charged.

Lap 48 The #115 hits the #90 under yellow. #115 correctly served his penalty.

Lap 58 The #088 gets hit from behind and is forced on the apron. When he comes back up, he clips the #4 turning him into the #33. Incident charged to the #088 who served his penalty. The #115 is issued a warning for racing into a wreck.

Lap 6 #003 hooks #6; #003 retired.

Lap 17 #17 clips #67; #17 served his penalty.

Lap 33 #33 moves high and #17 gives him a chance to get back in line. This caused a check-up and wreck behind. Because both cars were getting pushed and #33 was trying to avoid getting turned, I can't place blame on either car. I also can't place blame on the cars that didn't see the check-up in time, so I am calling this a "racin' deal."

Lap 39 #17 moves down to the low line before clearing #96 and they wreck. #17 retired as this was his second incident.

Lap 63 #08 moves up into the lane of #14 and they wreck. #08 served his penalty.

Lap 19 #90 makes contact coming into the pits which triggers an incident; #90 correctly served his drive-through penalty as the incident did not bring out the yellow flag.

Lap 40 #90 makes contact with #96, but no yellow came out. #96 was twitching in the turn and he just returned to the server after dropping out. With #96 being 3 laps down and twitching in the turns, I cannot blame #90. No incident charged.

Lap 58 #77 makes contact coming into the pits which triggers an incident; #77 correctly served his drive-through penalty as the incident did not bring out the yellow flag.

Lap 62 #67 bumps #08 and causes an incident. #67 drove through pit lane to get to the back of the line, so that is considered penalty served.
