Lap 2- #45 bumps #57 exiting turn two causing a wreck. No yellow came out so the penalty is a drive-through. #45 did not serve the penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 19- #43 spins entering the pits and collects some other cars; #43 served a drive-through on the next lap to serve his penalty.

Lap 38- #60 bumps and spins #99 entering the pits. #99 then pulls into his pit stall and retires. The game throws a yellow flag as #99 was getting service done on his car. This is a game glitch that throws a yellow. No incident is charged to #99 but #60 is charged for the incident that led to the event yellow flag. He did not serve any penalty under yellow and is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 47- #54 and #08 make contact, then collect #710 while 3-wide. Incident is charged to #710 for pinching the lower grooves and forcing #08 down too low; #710 served his penalty.

Lap 62- #088 bumper-hooks #88 entering turn three. #088 served his penalty. #54 hits #088 but he had a car underneath him and had begun to slow. I don't see this as worthy of racing through a wreck so no incident charged.

Lap 12- #60 blows a motor; no incident charged.

Lap 37- #55 bumper-hooks #45 in the tri-oval; #45 makes an amazing save but as he gets back to the racing surface, he clips #57. Incident is charged to #55 for the contact that started the sequence of events; #55 served his penalty.

Lap 50- We went back and forth multiple times on this incident, and had owners and admins review it because of the playoff implications. #94 bumper-hooks herself off the back of #84. The bumper-hook sends #94 spinning and crashing, and also sent #84 down towards the infield wall. This does NOT bring out a yellow. Next, #84 manages to save his car and re-enter the racing surface. Unfortunately he didn't have as much room as he thought, and he clipped #088, which started a wreck that brought out the yellow flag.
The original call was to charge #94 for the contact that started the chain of events, and #84 for his contact with #088. But after a further review, I came to the conclusion #84 regained both control of his car and re-established himself back on track, so I cannot blame #94 for anything that happened after that (such as the contact between #84 and #088). Incident is charged to #84 only, and he served his penalty.

Lap 61- #28 bumper-hooks #77 exiting the tri-oval; #28 served his penalty.

Race 13- 12/3/20

Lap 19- #39, #088, and #56 all cause incidents coming into the pits on a green flag pit stop. #39 and #088 did a drive through the next lap. #56 did not so he is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 38- I made a wrong call in this race. In the middle of the race, several cars pitted under green. #24 got into the back of #17 which caused #17 to get a black flag. To the credit of #24, he admitted his mistake and asked if he should serve a penalty. I incorrectly thought this was not specifically covered in the rules and told #24 to keep his position and simply cleared #17's black flag. The next day, it was brought to my attention that this was INCORRECT and I should have told #24 to serve a drive through penalty. Because I was the one who told #24 to go ahead and stay out, I cannot go back and penalize him for it obviously. I greatly apologize for the error on my part and will be thoroughly reviewing the rules this week to see if I am oblivious to any other rules out there.

Lap 57- #43 and #712 make contact while entering the pits which sends #712 spinning. I have a no-call on this as #43 left enough room outside and #712 was coming in at a speed to fast to slow before the pit entry.

Race 14- 12/10/20

Lap 3- #00 goes above the dashed lines in turn three and clips #711; #00 served his penalty.

Lap 12- #13 bumper-hooks #90 exiting turn four; #13 served his penalty.

Lap 18- #8 gives a bad bump to #088 which starts an incident; #8 served his penalty.

Lap 24- #43 and #17 make contact trying to go 4-wide. Incident goes on #43 as #17 had already moved to the middle and the contact only happened because of #43 moving up to go for the same space. #43 did not serve his penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings.

Lap 37- #55 gets into #00 in the tri-oval during a check-up. The check-up was too big for #55 to be expected to slow in time. I'm calling this a "racin' deal."

Lap 43- #57 gets a very slow restart and causes an incident behind him. #57 is charged with the incident. He did not serve a penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings. This incident was protested, but the call was upheld on #57

Lap 44- #088 gets bumper-hooked when #13 moves down. #13 left a bit of a space but it wasn't enough to make a safe to be passed. I have to put this on #088 who served his penalty.

Lap 52- #77 gives #60 a bad bump to start an incident; #77 served his penalty.

Lap 57- #08 and #712 get together on the backstretch. I thought this might be lany bullying by #08 at first, but he moves up as #712 moves up so I can't say he forced his way into a position that wasn't there. #712 moves down and clips #08 after that. While #712 didn't serve an incident, he did restart last so that is considered penalty served.

Lap 57- A second, separate wreck occurs on this lap. #57 slides up the track and #54 has to avoid him. In doing so, he over-corrects and turns into #57. Both drivers are charged with this incident. This was #57's second incident. He did not retire so his scoring is stopped on this lap and he is parked for next week's race. #54 did not serve his penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings. This incident was protested by #57. The call was over-turned and called on #54 only.

Lap 65- #17 bumps the car ahead of him in turn three, which sends him up the track into #711, who then hits #39. #17 is charged with the incident and scored EOLL.
