Re: Season 54 - RTR TallyChallenge Series Incident Reports
Race 2- 9/9/21
Lap 18- #26 gets into the back of #60 while pitting under green; #26 served his penalty.
Lap 19- #94 gets into the back of #80 while pitting under green; #94 served her penalty.
Lap 23- #23 requested a black flag to be cleared and we did it. After a replay review, it was determined he received an EOLL penalty and did not serve it. Per the rules, having a black flag cleared that was supposed to be served is a two-lap post race penalty.
Lap 24- #23 clips #55 while they are 3-wide with #24 underneath them. At the moment of contact, all three cars are between the dashed lines that unofficially mark the middle area of the race track. While #23 did slip up and clip #55, it was agreed on that the cars to his inside and outside did not give sufficient room to the middle car, so both #24 and #55 are charged with the incident. #55 parked; #24 did not serve a penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings.
#55 protested the incident and the Replay Committee agreed, therefore he is not charged an incident
Lap 46- #2 gets up into #77; #2 did not serve his penalty and is docked 1 lap in the final standings.
Lap 65- A very tough incident to call. After a very long review, #17's move was aggressive, but legal. It was not over-aggressive as he put his car in available space without forcing anyone to move. He also did not cross under the yellow line that dictates out-of-bounds. Once #17 got underneath #08, the #08 became the middle lane car and #712 became the third lane car. We're calling the incident on #08 as he had some room to move up once #17 got underneath him but stayed low. Again, a very tough incident but we have to put it on #08 who served his penalty. As this incident caused the race to finish under yellow, he is on a 1-and-park next race.
#08 protested the incident and the Replay Committee agreed, therefore he is not charged an incident
Lap 65- #24 down into #8. This was #24's second incident so his scoring is stopped on this lap and he will be on a 1-and-park for the next race.

Re: Season 54 - RTR TallyChallenge Series Incident Reports
Race 3- 9/16/21
Lap 18- #9 gets into #39 entering the pits and he does a half spin into the inside wall, however #39 received no damage and lost virtually no time, so no incident is charged.
Lap 38- Exiting the pits, #003 misses a shift and gets stuck in neutral which results in an incident. #003 charged with the incident and retired.
Lap 55- #80 bumps into #9 at pit entry and both spin. I cannot fault #80 however as some cars were pitting at 40mph while others were flying in at over 100mph and he trying to avoid a slower car. No incident charged for this contact.
Lap 58- #94 and #23 make contact in turn one. Incident charged to both drivers as #94 was too low and #23 pushed up too much; both drivers served their penalties.
Lap 64- #28 clips #088; #28 served his penalty and is a 1-and-park next race, per the rules for cautions that cause the race to finish under yellow. ALSO, #88 got his left-side tires under the yellow line on the backstretch, but he was alongside a driver and was squeezed down there. No penalty charged because he already had a nose underneath the other car.

Re: Season 54 - RTR TallyChallenge Series Incident Reports
Race 4- 9/30/21
Lap 10- #28 checks up unexpectedly. He then gets bumped down into the grass and comes up across the track into other cars; incident on #28. #28 was on a 1-and-park but did not park so his scoring is stopped on this lap and he is parked for next week's race. ALSO, #73 failed to slow enough and clipped #9, but #9 did not receive any damage so no incident is charged for this contact.
Lap 11- The pit road incident was reviewed and no penalty issued. The contact was due to heavy traffic on pit road and #94 backed up to try to get out of the way of oncoming traffic, so no penalty is given.
Lap 12- While under yellow, #111 has a connection issue and runs into multiple cars causing damage. Per the rules, any wreck from your internet connection is considered an incident. ALSO, #29 got into #038 at almost the same time, but #038 did not receive any damage, so no incident is charged for this contact.
Lap 28- #08 blows a motor; no incident charged for random mechanical failure.
Lap 31- A check-up under yellow happens and #6 gets into #28. No damage was done so no incident is charged.
Lap 33- #84 gets into #43 in the tri-oval and causes a wreck; #84 served his penalty. ALSO, #111 is charged an incident for failure to slow for a wreck and causing a secondary incident. This is #111's second incident. He did not park so his scoring is stopped on this lap and he is parked for the next race.
Lap 34- A wreck happens on the backstretch after the field has taken the yellow and drivers are trying to line up correctly based on the "F2 key" standings. I'm not penalizing #72 for this incident as the cars who were trying to fall back were in the middle of the track instead of going to the extreme high or low side of the track as is expected.
Lap 50- #111 hits #143 and #52 while entering the pits for a green flag pit stop and brings out the yellow. This is #111's third incident and he continued to race, so another week suspension is added.
Lap 64- FIRST INCIDENT: #17 makes a late entry in turn three and bumps #52, who then loses control and gets wrecked. #17 charged with the incident. #17 is scored EOLL and will be a 1-and-park for the next race. SECOND INCIDENT: After surviving the first incident on this lap, #26 moves down the track into oncoming and faster traffic which results in a wreck. This is considered a block (intentional or not) that resulted in an incident. #26 is scored EOLL and will be a 1-and-park for the next race. THIRD INCIDENT: #7 gets into #9 while racing back and spins him. #7 is scored EOLL and is a 1-and-park for the next race.
#17 protested the incident against him and the Replay Committee overruled the original call; this incident will now be a "racin' deal." His original finishing position has been reinstated and he is no longer on a 1-and-park.

protesting lap 64 incident 9 30 2021
Clearly i did not move down to change lanes , heled my line just above the white line , and was lane bullied by the 52 , resulting in him paying for his attempt
I'm sure he " assumed " id move down once he'd actually caught back up to me AFTER I had TOTALLY COMPLETED a pass on him

Race 7- 10/21/21
Lap 4- #86 messes up the entry to turn one and then applies the brakes, slowing 20mph. The first penalty is only a warning.
