Race 2 - 05/11/23

Lap 1- #23 moves up crowding #17 and loses control. Although he saved it, he slid back onto the track causing an incident.
#23 served his penalty

Lap 21- While attempting to pit, #58 slows excessively while still on the racing surface causing contact with the #111. Incident on #58
#58 retired

Lap 26- On the restart, #45 blows 3rd gear. While mechanical issues are normally not an incident, #45 doesn't make an attempt to move out of the way or shift into another gear in a timely manner. Incident on #45.
#45 did not serve his penalty

Lap 37- #8 bumps the #92 on corner entry pushing the #92 to the apron. While attempting to save it the #92 comes up into the #711. Incident on the #8.
#8 served his penalty

Lap 57- #10 gets kicked to desktop causing incident.
#10 served his penalty

Lap 66- #1 gets turned into the lower line causing a massive wreck. While the #1 was being pushed by the #00 who in turn was being pushed by the #55. We felt this was a product of hard racing and could find no fault. Racin deal

Race 3- 5/18/23

Lap 6- #23 down into #92; #23 served his penalty.

Lap 23- #56 gets into #007; #56 served his penalty.

Lap 39- #00 loses a motor which leads to a wreck; this was a random mechanical failure so no incident is charged.

Lap 58- #1 gets into #39; #1 served his penalty.

Lap 64- #011 moves up into #02 on the restart; #011 is charged the incident so he is scored EOLL and will be a 1-and-park for the next race.

Lap 64- A slight check-up causes an accordion effect and a wreck happens where cars are 4-wide. Nobody made any bad or over-aggressive moves so we are calling this a racing deal.

Also, #21 got a black flag on the restart that wasn't cleared, so he will be scored in his original finishing position of 4th place.

Race 4- 5/25/23

Lap 3- #80 pushes up off of turn 2 into #8.
#80 served his penalty

Lap 10- There was a big stack up on the inside lane causing an incident. This was determined to be a racin deal.

Lap 17- #84 was aggressively pushing the #55 out of turn 2 and bumper hooks off of him causing a multi car incident.
#84 served his penalty.

Lap 31- #54 hits wall and then shifts into 1st gear subsequently blowing his motor. While mechanical failures aren't considered an incident,
failures because of a driver's actions or mistakes are. Incident on the #54. #54 retired

Lap 33- While pitting, the #038 was in the top lane of pit road under speed. He then checked up while still in the high lane causing contact with the #616,
He then cut down across the nose of the #28. The high lane is for drivers at pit speed, the middle lane is for merging into and out of your pit stall. Because the result of this, the #38 received damage which affected his race. Incident on the #038.
The #038 did not serve his penalty and will be penalized post race.

Lap 52- The #7 hooks the #43 in turn 1.
The #7 served his penalty.

Lap 57- #84 missed a shift on the restart causing a check up incident.
#84 did not serve. Because this was his 2nd incident, scoring will be stopped on this lap and he will be on a one and park next race in this series.
This incident was protested but the Replay Committee upheld the call.

Lap 65- #84 pushes the #20 into the #616 causing a multi car incident.
#84 will be parked the next two weeks in this series per RTG Rules and return on a 1 and park.
This incident was protested and the Replay Committee overturned the call; this is now be considered a "racing deal".

The incident report and points have been updated per the decisions from the Replay Committee. Also, the Bracket Series has been created (link above in incident report). There was a tie for 32nd position, so I removed myself from the brackets this season so nobody was left out that earned their way into it.

Race 5- 6/1/23

Lap 2- #21 blows a motor; no incident charged.

Lap 5- #92 spins on pit road exit and gets hit by #99. #92 was the only car who got damage so no penalty is necessary.

Lap 14- #111 blows a motor; no incident charged.

Lap 36- #079 warps into #99 to cause an incident; #079 charged with the incident and retired.

Lap 56- #711 pits too fast entering pit road and pushes #1 into the grass, giving #1 a thirty second penalty. This is considered an incident and #711 retired.

Race 6- 6/8/23

Lap 14- #038 changes lanes too late and causes an accordion check-up that results in a wreck; #038 served his penalty.

Lap 35- During green flag pit stops, cars spread out and get to the pit entry while 4-wide. There was also a car already pitting in the 41st pit stall. All of this resulted in a collision and wreck on pit road. Nobody did anything wrong; it was just a perfect storm with the cars arriving together at pit entry and less space due to the early pit stall being occupied. No incident is charged here.

Lap 49- #079 warps backwards which causes a wreck. This same issue happened to #079 last week. This will need to be fixed before the next race.

Lap 61- #28 bumps and spins #088 in the tri-oval; #28 served his penalty.

Lap 64- Under the caution, there was complete confusion on the line-up. During a check-up, #54 bumps and spins #6. It was going to be a 1 lap shootout, but this incident caused the race to finish under the yellow, so per the rules, #54 is scored EOLL and will be a 1-and-park for the next race.

Race 7- 6/15/23

Lap 1- #49 misses a shift and causes a wreck; #49 parked.

Lap 15- Two wreck occur at the same time. #079 stays a little too low on turn two exit and gets bumped by #029; incident charged to #079 who did not serve a penalty so he is docked a lap and a DNQ for the next race. At the same time, #56 drifts up into #88 to cause a separate wreck. Incident charged to #56 who served his penalty.

Lap 37- #1 pits from middle lane and #38 wrecks while trying to avoid #1. Incident charged to #1 who served his penalty.

Lap 37 cont'd- #28 is charged an incident for racing into a wreck; #28 served his penalty. #111 is also charged an incident for driving up on the track in front of oncoming traffic and causing an incident; #111 did not serve so he is docked a lap and a DNQ for the next race.

Lap 49- #20 gets into the back of #711. While #007 moved up in front of #711 entering the tri-oval, this was not the cause of the incident itself. #20 served her penalty; she led a lap while in the process of serving the penalty, so per RTG rules, that bonus point is removed.

Lap 56- An accordion effect happens when a car moves from middle to low lane and the trailing cars catch him near the end of the backstretch. The move was made in plenty of time, but there was no communication from the trailing drivers of a a check-up about to occur and a bad bump started off a big wreck. This is being called a "racing deal", but situations like this are exactly why we use TeamSpeak to hopefully avoid incidents like this.

Lap 66- #88 gets into the right rear of #17 and it causes a wreck; #88 is scored EOLL and will be a 1-and-park next race.

Lap 66- There was a wreck coming across the S/F line, but it did not alter the finishing order; it was good, hard racing and no incident is charged.
