Hello. I've been running a unique fantasy NASCAR league now since 2002,
and this month we start our 27th season of fantasy racing. There are two
season per year, the Spring and Fall seasons. What makes my league unique
is the format I created that makes you stay on top of your roster, and keeps
the competition close, right up to the final regular season race. We also have
a 5-race playoff AND starting this season, our playoff will follow the current
Sprint Cup "Elimination" format. Below is all you need to know ...

WELCOME TO THE 2015 SPRING SPEEDLEAGUE

Feel the need for speed? SpeedLeague 2015 is under way. It's your chance to
become a racing insider and use your skills to become a motor sports mogul.
It's coming soon - SpeedLeague's SPRING 2015, the best fantasy racing anywhere.

This league IS a money league. The first week will be at Daytona Int'l Speedway
on Feb 22nd, 2015. Fees for the league will be $50.00, and the 100% payout
awards will be determined based upon final number of teams entered.

As of NOW, you can make payment of your $50.00 fee to:

Frank Divvens, Sr.
12650 Evington Point Drive,
Riverview, FL 33579

For payment receipt purposes, I prefer you all to write a check or send a money
order, if by mail, so you will have a receipt of payment fee. If you so desire,
and have the ability to, you can also make payment ($51.75) to my PayPal
account,

acct name: [email protected] at http://www.Paypal.com

You need to be a PayPal account holder to pay by PayPal. It's easy to set up, but
just as easy to mail me a check or money order also. All received payments will
be acknowledged by an email. All league fee payments must be made before
MIDNIGHT Friday, FEB 20th. Please, no exceptions.

HOW TO TAKE THE GREEN FLAG

You can become a team owner for the 2015 SpeedLeague SPRING Season
by simply replying to the entry form below. A reply will be sent to you
with your league entry number. Once you're in, you can take part in the
exciting 18-race SPRING Season.

Each week you will be competing against other teams' lineups, maybe 2 or 3
other teams at one time, depending upon the number of entrants and the
scheduling. The total of your 12-man roster will be compared to your opponent's
rosters, which will give you 1 point if higher, or 0 if lower...alot like a fantasy
football league . This way, those who score alot more in one race, cannot check-out
from a large win, they only receive a point per each team they defeat. This keeps
the standings close week after week. Current participants love this format. Each
season we have teams fighting for the final spots into the Race Chase, just like the
Sprint Cup teams at Richmond every September. The tension is overwhelming.

The REGULAR season starts on FEB 22nd with the DAYTONA 500 @ DAYTONA, FL
and ends on MAY 31st with the AAA 400 @ DOVER SPEEDWAY. After Week 13,
there will be a 5-week "Race For The Chase" for the top ?? teams ONLY.

Each of the ?? playoff teams will compete against the other ?? teams for the
final 5 weeks. Race Chase awards will be based on overall points SCORED.
If there is a tie in points, the team with the most POINTS SCORED AMONGST
THE TIED TEAMS within the Race Chase will be awarded the position.
During the regular season though, a win/loss format will apply.
Each Race Chase team will be given points to start off with for their initial standings
in the Race for the Chase. These points will be based upon the number of overall
wins during the first 13 weeks, 4 points per win.

**NEW PLAYOFF FORMAT** Starting in 2015, we will be doing the Elimination Chase
format that the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series does. Here's how it will go...
All teams compete for 13 weeks to vie for entry into the Race Chase. Based on a
4-team Race Chase field, all 4 teams will compete in weeks 14 and 15, with a new
12-DRIVER lineup, and points given for wins during the regular season, with overall
points being scored. After Week 15, the 4th place team will be dropped from the
Race Chase, and receive the 4th place money. The 3 remaining teams will compete
during Week 16 and 17, starting with a new 12-DRIVER lineup and 0 points in Week 16.
Then after Week 17, the 3rd place in points will be dropped from the Race Chase and
receive 3rd place money. That will leave the remaining 2 teams to compete in one-race,
with a new 12-DRIVER lineup and 0 points, for all the marbles. Loser gets "1st loser"
money, and winner gets 1st place money and titled "Speedleague Champion". In case
of a tie, we will revert back to league tie breaker scenerios ...

Championship Tie-Breaker Scenerio:
1. Head-To-Head Competition
(against the tied teams' regular season contests)
2. Points Scored Head-to-Head
(points scored in head to head regular season games)
3. Total Points Standings
(all points scored in all regular season weeks)

Each Race Chase team will be given points to start off with for their initial standings in the Race for the Chase.
These points will be based upon the number of overall wins during the first 13 weeks, 4 points per win.

HOW DO YOU PLAY?

Your team is made up of TWELVE drivers.

On the drivers' listing you will find THREE categories with drivers assigned to
each group. Category One has 14 drivers, Category Two has 14 drivers, and
Category Three has the rest. You must pick FOUR(4) drivers from each category
to make up your initial 12-driver team. It's that simple!

Before each race, you may make up to four driver changes maximum. If you want
to change a driver in Category #1 you must substitute him for another driver from
the same category group, and so on.

*NOTE* - Your 4 maximum changes are not restricted to one category per change,
because you can make only 2 changes in one category, as long as the replacements
are implemented into the same category.
EX: You can change 2 drivers in Category One and 2 drivers in Category 2 OR 3,
and that's it. That's 4 maximum changes and 2 maximum per category...OR...
change 2 drivers in one category and one in each of the other two categories.
You see, no more than 2 per category, and no more than 4 total changes from the
previous week's lineup.

ALSO, there are circumstances where you can 'inherit' a driver and not have it count
against you. This will usually happen in Category 3 where part time drivers are
swapped in and out of cars on a weekly basis.
EX: If you have the #51 car in your lineup Week 1, and they change drivers Week 2,
you inherit that Week 2 driver, if you choose to keep them, without being charged
against you as one of your 4-maximum driver changes. If you would choose not to
use that new driver of that car, it would count against you as a change. Since the
website controls are manual, any driver changes you want must be done by you.
If a driver replaces another driver in a car you had the week before, the site will
not make that driver change for you, you'll have to do it yourself manually, but
you would not be charged for that change. I check lineups weekly to make sure
these parameters are met.

All driver changes must be made no later than the official published Sunday/Saturday
night start time of the race. If the race falls on Saturday, then changes must be
made no later than race start time that night. Any moves made after these cut-off
times will not register. The staff of SpeedLeague is not responsible for any moves
that are not made prior to this cutoff time. This season's initial 12-driver roster is
due by racetime Sunday Feb 22nd, 2015.

**NOTE** - If you cannot get to a computer or unable to get to the website before
racetime to make a change, you can text me or email me before the race starts, and
I will make the necessary roster change post-race, but your email or text must
happen before the green flag flies.

You might want to try and turn in your lineup as soon as possible. Give yourself time
to submit a lineup, and to make changes if necessary. You can make as many
submissions you want, up to RACETIME SUNDAY, or Saturday RACETIME for Saturday
night races, as long as you abide by the 4-max, 2-per-category change rule from
the previous week's roster.

Please be aware of this....you are responsible for your changes being made correctly
on the website. Remember you must first make all changes manually, then follow-up
by officially submitting it. Any question on how to go about this while learning the
website, feel free to email me or anyone else in the league for assistance. Also any
inherited driver moves must be made manually by YOU as well. The website doesn't
just plug the replacement driver into that car slot, because they're scoring the
driver you've chosen, not the car number.

SCORING

Your team scores points whenever your driver scores points during a race. SpeedLeague
uses the exact same points system as used for the NASCAR SPRINT Cup Series.
Here is the breakdown of how points are scored:

P PTS
1 43 pts
2 42
3 41
4 40
5 39
6 38
7 37
8 36
9 35
10 34
11 33
12 32
13 31
14 30
15 29
16 28
17 27
18 26
19 25
20 24
21 23
22 22
23 21
24 20
25 19
26 18
27 17
28 16
29 15
30 14
31 13
32 12
33 11
34 10
35 9
36 8
37 7
38 6
39 5
40 4
41 3
42 2
43 1

3 points for a race win
1 point for leading a lap
1 additional point for leading most laps

Total points are achieved by adding up the points received by each of your
twelve drivers that are on your team for the week. We will then total the
points of all 12 drivers. Your team's overall standing will be determined by
adding your team’s point total for each race. Then your points will be matched
against the other teams you're competing against. That will determine your
win-loss score for the week.

In the event there is a tie for the final season results, tie breaker #1 will be in effect
based on the # of wins between the two teams. Most likely you will see each team this
season 4 times. If there is a 2-2 win/loss between the tied teams, then tie breaker #2
kicks in, with overall points scored between the tied teams. If there is still a tie, then
tie breaker #3 should resolve it, by totaling all points scored in all 13 weeks.

Standings Tie-Breaking Scheme:
1. Head-To-Head Competition
(against the tied teams)
2. Points Scored Head-to-Head
(points scored in head to head games against tied teams)
3. Total Points Standings
(all points scored in all weeks)
