Announcing a New "once a year" RTG Special Event

THE RTR ALL STAR RACE IS COMING!!!

One day a year, we will hold a special race to honor the winners, champions and the dedicated Members of Rolling Thunder Gaming. We continue to have amazing fun racing and incredible competition. Our hats are off to everyone!

THIS WILL BE A TELEVISED SPECIAL EVENT!!

This year's All Star Event will be covering Seasons 33, 34 and the upcoming Season 35!

During the week we often hold our Birthday Bash, we will have some fun activities for all, such as the popular Pit Stop Challenge, etc.. (anyone interested in helping with these events please see us asap). Then on Saturday night August 29, 2015, we will have the "All Star Open" followed by the main "All Star Race"!!

Who is eligible for the "All Star Open" and the "All Star Main Event?":

To run the "All Star Open", You must be a currently active member of RTG in good standing who is an active participant in more than one series at RTG. "Active" is basically defined as participating in at least 1/2 of the races in at least two different series, however the RTG Ownership and Admin Team may look at special circumstances on a case by case basis (for example, a new RTG driver who is very active in season 35 and otherwise has qualified for the All Star Race may be allowed, and established long standing RTG members who have achieved one of the 8 different ways in will likely be allowed).

To Qualify for the "All Star Race", You must satisfy the above "Open" requirements, AND while doing so, have done one of the following during Seasons 33, 34 or 35;

1. Won a race or the championship in the Monday "BareBones Racing Series".
2. Won a race or the championship in the Wednesday "Aero 88 Series".
3. Won the "Challenger Series" championship for either the BareBones Racing Series
or Aero 88 Series.
4. Won the "Eliminator Series" championship for either the BareBones Racing Series
or Aero 88 Series.
5. Won the "Talladega Challenge Series" championship.
6. Won the "Daytona Speed Freaks Series" championship.
7. Won the "Super Enduro Series" or the Season 33 now defunct RTR "Modified Mayhem Series" Championship.
8. Finished 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the "All Star Open"

The RTG Owners and Series Admins will also be selecting 1-3 deserving clean respectful drivers who are highly active and long time donating members to RTG.

Further details including the list of drivers who have already qualified their way in (provided they remain in good standing) will be provided as the race gets closer as this is a new event.

Many have already raced their way into the ALL STAR RACE!!

WHO else will "PUNCH THEIR TICKET' into the ALL STAR RACE during SEASON 35 or the ALL STAR OPEN??

STAY TUNED!! Good luck to all drivers in Season 35!!

Optimus Prime wrote: August 3rd, 2015, 11:01 am The track has not been announced yet Chris. It will be soon. Since this year's inaugural All Star event is using the BareBones Racing mod (cws2015), it's a very safe bet that the track and setup style will be from the BareBones Racing collection. That's enough of a tease lol. It will be a fan favorite that has featured loads of the type of action filled, clean and green racing we like to see.

More details will be coming out as this season concludes (track, start times, etc..).

Reminder for anyone that is not locked in and is looking to run in the last chance All Star Open prior to the Main Event: Please check the above post to be sure you are eligible. This event is NOT open to everyone. After checking, if you are unsure if you meet that criteria, message me or Terry. As this season ends, we may put out something like an eligibility list, but the above listed criteria will be the guide, as this is meant to be a limited event similar to our Birthday Bash.
