But then decided to go with #69 as it fit the paint scheme perfect...lol...and that's been my car# for the last 5yrs

Well from 4-18 years old playing hockey/baseball my number was always the 6 as well as 18 years of competitive softball.
I think it was 88-89 when Roush gave Mark Martin a ride in the #6 Strohs Ford when I got hooked on auto racing , I thought what a "class guy he is"...and so my car number from just before the n4 days was the 6.
I have sent Zack Fremouw countless threatining e-mails to give the 6 up , but no response , so for now Im in the 06.

My first choice is the 21, because of the late Sean Taylor, who was a safety for the Washington Redskins. He was shot in Nov. 07 when his house got broken into. I still run the 21 logo with the black circle on all my cars. But since the 21 was taken, my second choice is always the 32 because, honestly, I just like the number style lol.

Liked the paint scheme that Hank Parker Jr was running.
36 is Gary Elliott's number, so I picked the 26.

Let's see if I can remember. I started racing in Hawaii back in '72. At that time I was in the US Navy stationed at Pearl Harbor. On base there was a Auto Hobby Shop that assisted Sailors doing their own auto repairs. I started working there part-time as an instructor. A fellow employee was building a '56 Chevy Stock car for our 1/4 mile dirt track. I found out that there were other cars within the Pearl Harbor area. I bought a '58 Chevy from a guy that was getting out of racing. The number he used was 88. After a couple of weeks he wanted his car back. Since I was hooked, I had to build my own car and took the number 87. Coincidently, my son's number on his High School football team was 87.

Well lets see where do i begin. I started racing online back in 1999 in dtr2. I bounced around with acouple of numbers back then until i landed on the number 99.
As you can tell it looked really nice. I went by the screen name TheReaper, Grim or Grimreaper back in the day.
So when we made the move to Nascar racing i thought it was time for a number change. The 13 was much cooler with the whole Grimreaper persona so i switched to it. Then as i started racing other places i noticed alot used the 13 so changed it to the number 013 just so i didnt have to worry about others that use the 13, thats my story and im sticking to it
