Talley Challenge Feb. 4 Protest

I would like to protest the incident on lap 44. I did bump draft the #94 on the back stretch but backed off going into turn 3. The next contact I made with the #94 was after the #94 made contact with the #24. My replay attached.

Ok will do. I will get it sent to the Replay Committee tomorrow for them to make the call.

Hi Bernie- The Replay Committee overturned the call against you, so you will NOT be charged and incident and will receive your original finishing position. I'll get the points updated this evening.
