Meeting Called to Order at 830 PM Tuesday July 30, 2024

Season 63 will start on Monday August 26th, 2024
Season 63 will finish on Thursday December 12, 2024

Part 1 will set the series schedule and directors for Season 63.

Sunday: N/A

Monday: Barebones Racing and Barebones Racing Challenger.
Mod: fcrd_ncs22_cts
Chase, Stage Pts, Tire Stops to Remain. Similar Track Rotation including Road Courses, Short Tracks, Speedways, and Superspeedways.
Directors: Jeremy Jeffries and Sean Prime
Time: 8 and 830

Tuesday: iRacing Test and Tune. Fun races in iRacing. No standings kept. Uses game tracks, game cars.
Directors: RTG Staff as Available.

Speed Freaks Series has been suspended for Season 63. Thank you to Rodney Sullins and Dante Ricci for putting on this series the past two years!

Wednesday: Lightning Truck Series and Lightning Truck Challenger.
Mod: cws15
Double Rumble will return. No Eliminator this season and no Beat the Heat this season.
Directors: Brian Schilling and Jeff Czupta

Thursday: Talladega Challenge
Mod: aero88
Chase and Bracket to Return. Still rotation with TalladegaRTG_V3 and BSR_Night_V3 tracks.
Directors: Josh Metallic, Wylye Cote, Tim Noftsker

Friday: N/A
Amish's to return with the Bombards in January 2025

Part 2 will set the rules changes for Season 63.

1) Cyber Proposal - Challenger Rules Change (This is a forum rule, NOT an RTG Rule). VOTE PASSED 13-8.
The Challenger Series Champion will NOT automatically be moved out of this series.
But if a driver wins 2 consecutive Championships or 3 total Championships in the BBR and/or Aero88 Series or 2 in 1 season they will be moved out of the series with no return to get back into it.

2) Jeremy Proposal – Claiming Incidents. VOTE FAILED 4-17.

3) Wylye Proposal – Add 1 and Park in Addition to DNQ next race and 1 lap penalty for drivers that fail to serve their incidents. VOTE FAILED 9-11.

4) Terry Proposal – Put the dive bombing rule back in. Also Special last lap situation in tally. NO VOTE

5) Bob D Proposal – Any rule on driving on apron under yellow? Discussion. NO VOTE.

During Future Staff Meeting the following will be corrected below

We need to move the following rule under game glitches somewhere else in the rulebook.

"There will be no racing in the apron unless the series admin specifically allows it in the drivers meeting on the night of the race."
