I would like for careless driving (as per rules) that causes a car to spin or wreck with no caution be charged as an incident. As it is now, if you get into a car and it does not cause caution it usually is not an incident however if that same scenario causes caution to come out it is charged as incident. One driver could of caused both accidents but game makes decision on throwing caution.
