If you are the cause of an Incident or think you are the cause you must do a 4 tire pit stop on the 2nd caution lap or later.
This rule was changed from a speeding penalty to a 4 tire pit stop penalty when we had a tire limit on certain nights of the week to prevent people causing cautions having an unfair tire advantage over those they wrecked and were forced to take tires after spinning. We no longer have any tire limits in any series and, thus, this rule no longer needs to be a 4-tire stop. I propose going back to the old penalty system where your first incident was SPEEDING DOWN PIT ROAD SECOND TIME BY AND RECEIVING EOLL PENALTY
If a driver loses connection during a race we do NOT give laps back.

This is considered a mechanical failure on your end.

The only exception to this would be a server glitch which causes several cars to lose connection.
I would like to see us give drivers the ability to be given laps back (within reason) for falling out of the server during a race. We've had several instances here lately with tracks that have kicked multiple drivers out during the event. Hard to argue a mechanical failure "on your end" when this is the case. (4 or 5 were kicked @ Kentucky RTG recently). I'm proposing a rule that if you fall out of the server (and go no more than 5 laps down to the leader) the RTG Staff has the ability to give you ALL BUT ONE LAP BACK
RTR Points System.

Finish Position Points Finish Position Points Finish Position Points
1st - 46, 2nd - 42, 3rd - 41 (and so on)

Bonus Points
Most laps led = 1 point
1 lap led = 1 point
I would like to give the RTG Staff the ability to add "STAGE POINTS" to their series format. There would be NO CAUTION THROWN for these stages, but the drivers in the top 5 or 10 positions would receive "Stage Points" at a given lap in the race. Shorter events it could be halfway. Longer events, could be the completion of 1/3 and 2/3 distance in the race. This WOULD NOT BE FORCED ON EVERY SERIES, but it gives the RTG Staff another FORMAT OPTION (such as chases, brackets and eliminator series).

Originally, I thought that this should only be done postrace. The more I think about it, I am changing my opinion.

1) I feel that the staff need to make this call during the race and NOT after the race is over. Drivers need to know who they are racing against in real time. We cannot assume somebody is gonna get the laps back afterwards if we are competing against them, so if this rule is to pass, the laps must be added back under the green flag per Jeremy's rule above and NOT after the race is over.
Drivers that get a black flag for unintentionally passing a car while pitting may request to have there black flag cleared, but they must be EOLL on the Restart.
This does not include passing the pace car or intentionally passing cars.
Penalty for not being EOLL would be a -1 lap post race penalty .
2) New Reading:
Drivers that get a black flag for unintentionally passing a car while pitting may request to have there black flag cleared, but they must be EOLL on the Restart.
This does not include passing the pace car or intentionally passing cars.
If a yellow flag comes out before a driver can serve his or her black flag, that driver may request to have there black flag cleared, but they must be EOLL on the Restart.
Penalty for not being EOLL would be a -1 lap post race penalty .

Is there any way we could implement stage points? We don't necessarily need to throw the yellow flag, but could easily do it post-race review. Use the replay to see what the running order for the top 10 is at the end of the stage, once 10th crosses the S/F line.

If there's a penalty that would prevent somebody from earning stage points, their stage points go to the next driver in the running order. So if I'm running 6th at the end of stage 2, but I caused my second yellow and didn't park, 7th place get my 6th place stage points, and 11th would get 10th places stage points, etc.

I’d like to talk about a few ideas I have had for a while now ….
Not sure how hard it would be to make this happen ..
1) so we do the random qualifying and that’s your starting position
Then back it to qualifying and go qualify…this is your pit position
We come off pit road and throw a caution and get cars into there draw position
Example I draw 39th and qualify 10th …so I roll off 10th and fall back to 39th
No pitting during the caution !!! Remember the game recognizes single file restarts and when we doing double file restarts people said it would never work …
My issue is I’m drawing 38th position ..then . driving to the front then have an issue with cars still coming to pit road while I’m leaving my 38th pit position
2) green white checker …pretty simple ad extra laps the the race and it ends on lap 66 under green or we do a GWC on a restart if we are under caution on lap 66
3) 2 mulligans…..I’d like to simplify the review process … I’ve been in incidents and pitted when I didn’t need to .. other times I didn’t think I had anything to do with the wreck and it gets called on me ?? So I’d like to see at least 1 mulligan maybe 2 …what does this mean … you cause a wreck and you don’t need to pit or speed down pit road ….but incident 3 your on a one and park for rest of the season .. 5 incidents see ya next season … your done …
