I am protesting the Lap #117 call of racing into a wreck. I saw the #38 after he had spun out at the top of the track and I thought he was going to stay up there allowing other cars including myself to pass by cleanly. For some reason the #38 decided to come down the track at a very slow rate of speed across the seam of the track into my path. In my opinion the #38 should have stayed closer to the top of the track and could have done a better job at getting back up to speed knowing that there were other cars still approaching the incident scene.
