Lap 31- #62 bumps & spins #06. #62 EOLL. #62 also gets a warning for going low to pass on a re-start before the S/F line. Next time this will be a black flag penalty.
Lap 50- #71 bumps & spins #003 while entering the pits. While in the pits, the yellow came out for a different wreck. #71 should have taken EOLL but did not. #71 will be scored last car 1 lap down.
Lap 51- #62 moves from the low groove to the high groove causing a wreck in the lead pack behind him. Incident is called on #62. This was his second caution but did not park and took the lucky dog instead. #62's scoring is stopped on this lap and he is parked for next week's race. #62 will be on a 1-and-park his next race back.
Lap 63- #65 bumps another car and is then bumped by #8, starting a wreck. Incident is called on #65 and is scored last car 1 lap down.

From RTR Rules---
* Penalty if you do NOT park yourself: 1st offence will result in you being parked the next week or DQ'ed if it's last race of the season. You will also be on a 1 and park-it when you return.
* There will be NO attempting to pass on the inside on any restart until AFTER you cross the S/F line. Once the green flag is out it is legal to pass on the outside. Penalty = Black Flag or -1 lap penalty.
* If you cause a wreck while pitting under green and the yellow doesn't come out you will be charged an incident and must do a green flag drive thru on the next lap. If the Yellow comes out before you can do your green flag drive threw you must be at the end of the longest line on the restart.
Lap 9--- #053 Mike Larkin into 019.
The #053 was not within 3 trucks from the back on the
restart and will be given a 1 lap post race penalty.
Lap 24--- #29 Hank Middleton moved up into the #73.
Lap 18- #8 spins while entering pit road and causes an incident w/ #4, #71, and #44. #8 did a drive thru penalty on the next lap.
Lap 48- #35 spins #4 while entering pit road. #35 did not serve the drive thru penalty so he is penalized 1 lap and scored behind all cars on that lap.
Lap 65- #088 bumps #121; the bump causes #088 to clip & spin #43 causing an incident. #088 is behind all cars on the lead lap.

Lap 21--- #065 Dave Earlywine (Blown Motor) Lap 46--- #65 Larry Yeager loses control after apparent internet glitch with the
#019 Frank Divvens Sr. After looking at this several times by multiple admins, it
appears both drivers were maintaining their respective lines and kept sufficient
space between their cars. The only explanation that could explain this would be
an internet glitch. Therefore there will be no incident charged to either driver.
Lap 53- #4 bumps #47; #47 then bumps #71 and #47 spins into #39. #4 charged w/ incident. #4 did EOLL but I did not originally catch it, therefore #4 is not penalized.
Lap 59- #00 into #53. #00 served EOLL.
Lap 64- #44 turns down into #80. #44 parked himself.

There is to be no INTENTIONAL bump-drafting the the tri-oval. If I feel a bump was intentional in that area of the track and an incident occurs, you must park in that race or be parked for the next one.
Also, be sure to pick a lane and stick with it; 3 of the 4 incidents could have been afforded if not for people crowding other lanes or trying to change lanes in the turns.
Lastly, when the caution is out, STAY IN LINE. Do not pull up along a driver to give them a congratulatory bump until after the checkered flag.
Lap 18- #4 gets into #003 while entering pit road. #003 used TS and text-chat to say he needed to pit that lap, but no line opened up for him down low and he had to slow before getting onto the apron. Because of that, #003 is charged w/ the caution. Incident could have been avoided if 1 car low had let off just a little bit.
No cautions the entire race. Another great job!

Lap 12- #71 and #4 get together on the backstretch. After viewing it multiple times, I could not place blame on 1 driver and not the other, so it will be called a "racin' deal." Per the rules, both drivers must do EOLL's for "racin' deals" and both took EOLL. It could have been called side-drafting (which would be an incident for both drivers involved), but it was 2 cars going for the same area of the track.
Lap 15- while coming to the green; #71 gets into #2 who then gets into #4. #71 charged w/ incident but did not do a drive-thru, he is is given a 1 lap penalty and scored behind all cars on that lap.
Lap 54- #022 slows to pit and #29 gets into him. #022 was still on the race portion of the track so he is charged w/ the incident. #022 EOLL.
Lap 64- #00 goes to the low line & #088 takes his spot in the high line. #00 goes high to take the spot back. #088 and #00 make contact causing an incident. Because there were still 3 laps to go and #00 pushed his car into a spot already taken, incident is called on #00. #00 parked that lap.
#088 is put on probation for the remainder of the season for flaming after caution on lap 64.
