I agree to thee fact that I was driving through the wreak on lap 62 but the fact is I was racing the 96 back to the line. As I approached The seen of the wreak I started slowing looking for cars setting on track the bottom of the track was clear. The 25 and 007 cars were setting against the outside wall and there was more then enough room to Race through the seen. The 007 car then turned down across the track right in front of the 96 and myself. Now there is nothing that could be done to avoid hitting the 007 even though I tried ever thing I could do to miss him. I believe the contact with the 007 was the fault of the 007 and he should of stayed against the wall until it was safe to come down the track. The 007 was trying to save 1 or 2 spots in the finishing order and came across the track without even looking to see if cars where coming though the wreak and that the 96 and myself had a clear line though the wreak if the 007 wouldn't of came across the track right in front of us. Here is my replay of the wreak. Please take a good look at the 007's actions then look at the 25 cars actions. 25 car did the right thing waiting for clear track 007 did wrong thing cutting down in front of cars racing back to the flag.

Incident Rules: paragraph 10 reads If you get wrecked or spun, wait for an open space to turn around and/or get up to speed. If you cause a secondary wreck because you got onto the racing surface at a slow speed and get hit, or if you turn around your car in front of oncoming traffic and an incident occurs, this will be considered an incident on you.
Thanks for reviewing this matter.

Dave Robbins wrote: May 11th, 2015, 8:21 am I mirror Rick's feelings. We WERE racing back, folks that should have been out of the way or staying put were not while cars were still racing. I also slowed a bit, and saw that it was clear until the car came off the wall. I retired because even though I was not at fault, had been involved in a couple other deals and was over it. :blackeye:

JoshM wrote: May 11th, 2015, 9:25 am 10-4 Dave. I will review the replay again and see if I missed drivers pulling in front of you. I went to work on the report as soon as I got back into town Sunday evening and could have made a mistake. I will take a second look at the replay. Do you have a copy of your replay Dave, in case it does end up going to the Replay Committee?

JoshM wrote: May 11th, 2015, 6:30 pm Both of you are right. Apparently I only focused on the contact and not what actually led to it. I'll fix the export and the incident report tonight, or tomorrow morning at the latest. Because this was a mistake on my part and not a difference of opinion regarding an accident, this will not need to go through the Replay Review Committee.
