If you go to my car, the #08, and go to TV1 view, you can clearly see the #102 turns left into me and initiates contact, it is clear. I didn't serve a penalty cause I knew I didn't cause that incident. The #102 spun out because he did turn into me causing me to almost miss my pit stall. Also, you talked about people checking up in front causing wrecks in the back people may be penalized, the #77 was wrecking, how am I to know if he is gonna save his car, my pit stall was at the beginning of pit road, isn't that the same thing basically? His spin causing others to take action, just how I see it. But I clearly did not spin the #102. I will of course accept the ruling, but the view I provided, is clear.

Ok 10-4. I have a growing list of protests to put up this week. I am racing in the UNAP qualifier tonight and will get these replays sent to the committee tomorrow. And yes, this was another tough one that I can see going either way.

The Replay Committee has reviewed this incident. The Committee rules require at least a '2 to 1' majority to confirm or overturn a call. This incident did not achieve that margin, so by Committee rules, this incident will go down as a "racin' deal." No penalties are charged in this incident.

Thanks Josh, Im sure its hard saving your sanity, lol. I was not trying to lay blame with my protest, I was just merely pointing out other avenues it could go. After watching it 10 or 20 times, really no one to blame, I appreciate the time to look at it. See you all Thursday.
