BEAT THE HEAT NIGHTS (5/15/24, 6/19/24, 7/24/24)
- 2 heat races (all drivers) - 5% @ 4x
  • top 9 drivers each main make feature
  • no yellows or damage, lotto Q in heats
  • only drivers NOT locked into the Main in Heat #1 can race Heat #2
  • heats will be run back to back, no break between
- 18 drivers in the Feature - 15% @ 4x
  • Qualifying 5 minutes after end of 2nd heat race
  • 2 minute Happy Hour to check stalls and practice pitting
  • drivers not making main will get 19th place points
  • yellow flags and moderate damage
- If, during post-race review, it is found that a Feature Driver carelessly wrecked another driver during a heat race, and the wrecked driver DID NOT make the Feature, the guilty party will face a 5 position penalty post-race.
  • For Example, #1 wrecks #39 in Heat #2. #1 makes the main event (feature) and #39 does not. Since #39 did not make the feature, he was awarded 19th place points. #1 starts the feature already down 5 positions. Best #1 could finish in the main would now be 6th, even with a win!
- IF 18 or fewer drivers, one 30%, 3x race



DOUBLE RUMBLE NIGHTS (5/29/24, 7/3/24, 8/7/24)
  • The 5th, 10th & 15th races of the season will be DOUBLE RUMBLE events
  • On these nights, instead of one 30% race, we will run two 15% races
  • Points will be awarded for each race
  • There will be 5 minute break between races. The drivers will Qualify and go straight into the 2nd race
  • If the first race doesn't go your way, you have a chance to make up for it in the 2nd race

LIGHTNING TRUCK SERIES ELIMINATOR
- The top 20 drivers following race #5 will be entered into the Lightning Truck Series Eliminator.
  • Lowest finishing 2 drivers in each event (Race #6 – Race #14) will be Eliminated until 2 drivers remain
  • The previous week’s winner is exempt from being Eliminated the following race
  • In the event the previous week’s winner is in bottom 2, the next lowest driver will be Eliminated
  • The final 2 drivers will compete against each other in the finale. DOUBLE RUMBLE EVENT. Best average finish in the 2 races is Champion.
  • Provisionals WILL count towards the Eliminator Series for drivers not already eliminated
